Indication
This cream is used to treat fungal skin infections including tinea, candidiasis and dermatophyte infections.
Directions
Skin infections: apply a thin layer two times daily to the affected area; tinea versicolor once daily; rub well into skin; continue treatment on a dialy basis until lesions are completely healed (for candidal infections not < 2 wks, for dermatophyte infections not < 4 wks).
Daktarin must not come into contact with eyes. Discontinue use if irritation occurs
Ingredients
Active Ingredient: Miconazole nitrate 2%
Inactive Ingredients: Butylated hydroxyanisole, liquid paraffin, ethylene glycol, apricot kernel oil PEG-6 esters, tefose 63 and purified water; benzoic acid as a preservative; water miscible white cream with a pH 2.6 to 3.6.
