Shipping Policy

Local Pharmacy ships all goods via Australia Post. All parcels will be delivered to the provided address.

Parcels will be dispatched as soon as payment and prescriptions have been processed. All postage will be sent express.

Those who pick up their parcels from a designated depot* in their rural town will NOT be charged for postage. Those who choose their parcel to be delivered to their homes or a different designated address will be charged a flat fee of $10.99.

Delivery Policy

All goods ordered using our online system will shipped express, hence it should reach most rural towns in South Australia within 48 hours if not overnight. However, for more information contact Australia Post to find out how long express parcels will take to be delivered to your town from Birdwood.
